Pan-Seared Wagyu Steak with Roast Vegetables
A simple yet elegant dish featuring a pan-seared wagyu steak served with a medley of roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
- ●2 steaks (1.5 inches thick) wagyu steakpreferably at room temperature
- ●2-3 medium-sized smoky roast potatoespeeled and cubed
- ●2 medium-sized silky carrotspeeled and sliced
- ●1/4 cup italian olive oilfor brushing the grill and vegetables

Preheat the grill to 400°F (200°C).

Season the wagyu steaks with salt and pepper. Let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Brush the grill with italian olive oil to prevent sticking.

Sear the wagyu steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

While the steaks are cooking, toss the roast potatoes and silky carrots with salt and pepper.

Transfer the vegetables to a baking sheet and roast them in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until they're tender.
