Smoky Jamaican Fish Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew made with smoky spices and silky tender fish. Perfect for a cozy dinner.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons jamaican curry powdersmoky and aromatic
- ●1 can silky coconut milkadds creaminess to the stew
- ●1 medium onionchopped
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●1 can stew tomatoesdiced
- ●1 tablespoon olive oilfor sautéing
- ● salt and pepperto taste
- ●chopped fresh cilantrooptional garnish
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.

Add the smoky fish and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the jamaican curry powder and stir to combine.

Add the silky coconut milk, stew tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
