Smoky Slovakian Pappardelle Stir Fry
A hearty Slovakian-inspired stir fry featuring smoky pappardelle and a variety of vegetables. This dish can be made in under 30 minutes and is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β8 oz PappardelleSmoked pappardelle for added depth of flavor
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oilFor stir-frying
- β1 medium OnionThinly sliced
- β1 medium Bell pepperThinly sliced
- β2 medium CarrotsThinly sliced
- β8 oz MushroomsSliced
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tbsp Soy sauceFor added depth of flavor

Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and carrots to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until tender.
