Smoky Collards Tagine
A hearty and aromatic North African-inspired stew made with tender collards and a blend of smoky spices.

Ingredients
- β2 bunches, chopped collards
- β2 tsp, ground smoky
- β1 tsp, ground tunisian
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1, chopped onion
- β3 cloves, minced garlic
- β2 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, 5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add collards, smoky, and Tunisian spices. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
