Chestnut Stir Fry

- β2 cups, peeled and sliced chestnut
- β2 tablespoons, vegetable oil stir
- β1 onion, sliced fry
- β1 tablespoon, for soaking chestnuts water
- βto taste, smoked paprika smoke
- βto taste, soy sauce smear

1. Soak the sliced chestnuts in water for at least 30 minutes.

2. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and roast the chestnuts for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.

3. In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
