Smoky Beef Stir Fry
Quick and flavorful stir fry made with smoky beef and smoked flavor, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Smoky Beef (sirloin)Cut into thin strips
- β1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1 medium OnionCut into thin wedges
- β1 medium Bell PepperCut into thin strips
- β1 tablespoon GingerGrated
- β1 clove GarlicMinced
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 teaspoon Sriracha (optional)

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

4. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

5. Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute.

6. Add the soy sauce and smoked paprika, and stir to combine.

7. Return the beef to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables and sauce.

8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the beef is cooked through.

9. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

10. If desired, add sriracha for an extra kick of heat.
