- β1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) American rest yeast

In a large bowl, combine the meat, smoky solo seasoning, and american rest yeast. Mix well until the meat is evenly coated.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the carrots and potatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Transfer the meat mixture to the skillet and cook until the meat is browned on all sides.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through.
