Spicy Brazilian Crumble

In a large bowl, mix together Spicy Brazilian Pea Grains Mix, crumble, and butter until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together egg and a pinch of salt (if using).

Pour the egg mixture over the grain mixture and stir until a dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes, until smooth.

Divide the dough into 4-6 equal pieces, depending on desired size.

Shape each piece into a ball and then flatten slightly into a disk.
