Spicy Malaysian Chicken Curry
A flavorful and spicy curry made with Malaysian flavors and chicken. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons smoky curry paste
- β1 teaspoon spicy red pepper flakes
- β1 cup coconut milk
- β2 tablespoons fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon sugar
- β2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh Thai basil
- βto taste salt

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
