Smoky Spicy Ceviche
A refreshing ceviche dish with a smoky twist from the pilchard's smoky flavor and a spicy kick.

Ingredients
- β1 can (120g) pilchardsdrained and flaked
- β1/2 cup red onionthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantrochopped
- β2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- β1 teaspoon smoky hot sauce
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β1/2 cup avocadodiced

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flaked pilchards, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, smoky hot sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
