Syrian-Style Lamb Kebabs

- β2 tablespoons Syrian-style spice blend (sumac, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, allspice)

- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped

- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β4 Pita bread
