Smoky Stir Fry
A flavorful and easy stir fry dish made with smoky sausage and broccoli. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, sliced smoky uruguayan sausage
- β2 cups, florets broccoli
- β1/4 cup stir fry sauce
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β1 tablespoon, grated ginger
- β2 tablespoons brown sugar
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.

Add the broccoli and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

Add the stir fry sauce, brown sugar, and soy sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

Return the sausage to the skillet and stir to combine.
