Smoky Chicken Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with smoky chicken, served with velvety sauce, and a side of stir-fried vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Boneless chicken breastCut into bite-sized pieces
- β1/4 cup Velvety sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- β1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- β1 OnionCut into thin slices
- β1 Bell pepperCut into thin slices
- β1 cup Snow peasCut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 teaspoon Soy sauce (or stir-fry sauce)
- β1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until they start to soften, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the snow peas and garlic to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 2-3 minutes.

Return the chicken to the skillet and stir in the velvety sauce, soy sauce, and smoked paprika.
