Vietnamese-Style Grilled Pork Skewers
Marinated pork skewers grilled to perfection, inspired by Vietnamese street food. Serve with bun and fresh herbs for a delicious and satisfying meal.

In a large bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, ginger, garlic, and brown sugar.

Add the sliced pork to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated pork onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Grill the pork skewers for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
