Snappy Thai Style Stir Fry
A quick and easy Thai stir fry made with snappy vegetables and a tangy lime sauce.
Ingredients
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 cup Snappy green beanscut into 1-inch pieces
- β1/2 cup Polish sausage (optional)cut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the snappy green beans and polish sausage (if using) to the skillet.

3. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

4. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
