Pan-Seared Middle Eastern-Style Tofu
A flavorful and healthy dish that combines the richness of tagine with the simplicity of pan-seared tofu. Serve as a main course or as a snack.
Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) soft tofu
- β1 cup tagine
- β2 tbsp silky soy sauce
- β1 tsp middle eastern spice blend
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tbsp lemon juice
- β1 clove garlic
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.

2. Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.

3. In a shallow dish, whisk together the soy sauce, spice blend, and lemon juice.

5. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
