Taco Stuffed Flour Tortillas
Soft flour tortillas stuffed with seasoned beef, cheese, and vegetables, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.
Ingredients

- ●1 lb Lean ground beef80% lean ground beef
- ●1 cup Shredded cheesecheddar or Monterey Jack
- ●1 cup Diced onionchopped onion
- ●1 cup Diced bell pepperchopped bell pepper
- ●1 packet Taco seasoningmexican-inspired taco seasoning
- ●2 tbsp Olive oilfor sautéing
- ●1 cup Sour creamoptional topping

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Once the beef is browned, add the diced onion and bell pepper, and cook until they're softened.

Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Spoon the beef mixture onto the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Top the beef with shredded cheese and fold the tortillas in half to enclose.

Place the stuffed tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
