Turkish Vegetable Pilaf

Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 medium, diced Onion1 cup
- β2 medium, peeled and grated Carrots2 cups
- β1 medium, sliced Zucchini1 cup
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
