Spicy Korean Sujebi Ramen
A fusion of Korean and sujebi flavors in a spicy noodle soup. The sujebi adds a unique texture and the Korean chili flakes give it a bold kick.
Ingredients
- β200g sujebi
- β100g noodles
- β2 cups beef broth
- β2 tsp Korean chili flakes
- β1 tsp soy sauce
- β1 tsp sugar
- β1/4 cup green onions
- β1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 tsp black pepper

Cut the sujebi into small pieces and set aside.

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the beef broth, Korean chili flakes, soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and add the sujebi. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the cooked noodles to the pot and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Season with black pepper to taste.
