Cornish Pastry Puffs
A sweet and flaky pastry treat filled with a hint of sour and adventurous flavors.
Ingredients
- ●1 sheet Cornish Pastry
- ●1/2 cup Sour Cream
- ●1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- ●1/4 teaspoon Adventurous Spice Blend
- ●1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the Cornish Pastry to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Cut out small squares of pastry, about 3 inches per side.

In a small bowl, mix together the Sour Cream, Pepper, and Adventurous Spice Blend.

Place a small spoonful of the Sour Cream mixture onto one half of each pastry square.

Fold the other half of the pastry square over the filling to form a triangle.

Use a fork to crimp the edges of the pastry and press a small hole in the center to allow steam to escape.

Place the pastry puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the tops of the pastry puffs with a little bit of water and sprinkle with Granulated Sugar.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
