- β2 tbsp Bean oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β2 tbsp Sour cream
- β1 tsp Soy sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Instructions

Heat the bean oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
