French Muffin Soufflé
A French-inspired soufflé made with muffin, perfect for a light dessert or snack. This recipe combines the traditional French soufflé technique with the comfort of a muffin.

- ●1/2 cup Sour Englishor substitute with other type of cheese
- ●1/2 cup Chewy Syransoaked in water for 10 minutes
- ●1 tsp Bakebaking powder

Butter a 6-cup soufflé dish and coat with sugar.

Soak the chewy Syran in water for 10 minutes. Drain and crumble.

In a medium bowl, whisk together muffin, sour English, and bake.
