Smoked Miso Stir Fry
A savory, slightly sweet, and smoky stir fry made with miso paste and a hint of sour cream.
Ingredients
- β2 tablespoons Miso Paste
- β1 tablespoon Sour Cream
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 inch Gingergrated
- β2 cups Broccoliflorets
- β1 cup Bell Pepperssliced
- β1 cup Snow Peassliced
- β1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- β1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste and sour cream.

Add the miso paste mixture to the wok or skillet and stir to combine.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
