Pan-Seared Japanese Mulukhiyah
A unique twist on traditional Japanese cuisine, this recipe combines the flavors of mulukhiyah with a crispy sour sauce.
Ingredients

- ●2 tbsp Sour sauce
- ●2 tbsp Light vegetable oil
- ●2 French shallots
- ●1 head Crisp lettuce
Instructions

Cut the mulukhiyah into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Heat the light vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the french shallots to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until soft.

Add the mulukhiyah to the pan and stir to combine with the shallots.

Pour in the sour sauce and stir to coat the mulukhiyah.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the mulukhiyah is tender.
