Crispy Banana Fritters
A sweet and crispy dessert made with sliced bananas and a crunchy exterior.
Ingredients
- β4 Bananas
- β1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- β1/4 cup Sugar
- β1 teaspoon Baking powder
- β1/4 cup Sour cream
- β1/4 cup Crispy fried onions (or panko breadcrumbs)

1. Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

2. In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the sugar, flour, baking powder, and sour cream.

3. Using a spoon or small scoop, drop the banana mixture into the oil, forming small balls.

4. Fry the banana fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

5. Using a slotted spoon, remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

6. Sprinkle the crispy fried onions on top of the fritters.
