Beef Stir Fry with Kidney Beans

- β250g Kidney Beanscanned
- β100ml Sour Cream
- β100g Crispy Bacon
- β250ml Stir-Fry Saucestore-bought
- β250ml Beef Broth
- β50ml Olive Oil
- β3 cloves Garlicminced

Instructions

Heat 20ml of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the kidney beans, stir-fry sauce, beef broth, and garlic to the pan.
