Sour and Spicy Kabanos Stir Fry
A quick and spicy stir fry with crispy kabanos and a tangy twist. Serve as a snack or light lunch.
Ingredients
- β8 oz KabanosCrispy Polish sausage
- β1 Large OnionThinly sliced
- β1 Red Bell PepperThinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Sour creamFor serving
- β1 tsp Chili flakesAdjust to taste
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β Salt and pepperTo taste

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the kabanos and cook until crispy, about 2-3 minutes.

3. Remove the kabanos from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add another tablespoon of oil to the skillet.

5. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

6. Add the garlic and chili flakes to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
