Tripe Fritters
A crispy and savory Uruguayan-inspired fritter dish made with tripe, perfect for a snack or light meal.
Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup Sour Cream
- ●1/4 cup Crumble
- ●1 Egg
- ●1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- ●1 small Onion
- ●2 cloves Garlic

1. Clean and cut the tripe into small pieces.

2. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

3. Add the tripe to the pan and cook until browned.

4. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, crumble, egg, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

5. Add the cooked tripe mixture to the bowl and mix well.

6. Gradually add the breadcrumbs to the mixture until it resembles a thick batter.

7. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small balls.

8. Heat about 1-2 inches of oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
