Australian Pork Back Ribs Stir Fry
A twist on traditional stir fry, using tender Australian pork back ribs and a variety of crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
- β500g Australian pork back ribs
- β2 tbsp Sour sauce
- β1 cup Crunchy vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- β2 tbsp Stir fry oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β1 tbsp Soy sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the pork back ribs with salt and black pepper.

Roast the ribs in the oven for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.

In a large skillet, heat the stir fry oil over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger, and stir fry for 1 minute.

Add the crunchy vegetables, and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, or until tender.

Add the roasted pork back ribs, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, or until coated in the vegetable mixture.

Pour in the sour sauce and soy sauce, and stir fry for a further minute.

Serve the Australian pork back ribs stir fry hot, garnished with additional crunchy vegetables if desired.
