Ethiopian Misir Wot
A spicy and flavorful Ethiopian stew made with red lentils and spices. Serve with injera bread for a traditional meal.

- β1 Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 inches Ginger
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β1 tsp Coriander
- β1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- β1 tsp Salt
- β2 tsp Misir wot spice blend
- β4 cups Water

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger; cook until onion is translucent.

Add cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, and salt; cook for 1 minute.

Add red lentils, misir wot spice blend, and water; bring to a boil.
