Moroccan Red Lentil Stew

- β2 tbsp sourchopped fresh parsley
- β1 can densediced tomatoes
- β2 tbsp braisedolive oil
- β2 tsp moroccanground cumin
- β1 tsp stirground coriander
- β1 tsp fryground cayenne pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and cook until they're translucent, about 5 minutes.
