Malaysian Crumble Pork with Sour Cabbage
A delicious Chinese-inspired dish that combines the flavors of Malaysia with a crunchy crumble topping.
Ingredients
- ●500g pork shoulder
- ●400g sour cabbage
- ●200g malaysian rice
- ●1 medium onion
- ●2 cloves garlic
- ●200g crumble topping (pork & vegetable mix)
- ●2 tbsp soy sauce
- ●1 tbsp oyster sauce

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in a pan until softened.

3. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce to the pan and stir to combine.

4. Add the sliced pork shoulder to the pan and cook until browned on all sides.

5. Transfer the pork mixture to a baking dish and set aside.

6. In a separate pan, heat the Malaysian rice until lightly toasted.

7. Add the sour cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until slightly caramelized.

8. Top the pork mixture with the toasted rice and cabbage mixture.

9. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the top of the dish.

10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crumble topping is golden brown.
