Sour Flaky Olives Tagine
A traditional middle-eastern dish, sour flaky olives tagine is a flavorful and aromatic stew made with tender olives, flaky pastry, and a hint of sourness. This tagine is perfect for a cold winter's night.

- β2 tbsp lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor brushing pastry
- β2 cloves garlicminced

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the flaky pastry on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Transfer the pastry to a 9-inch round baking dish or tagine.

In a large bowl, combine the olives, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Spoon the olive mixture into the pastry-lined baking dish.

Brush the edges of the pastry with olive oil.
