Flaky Pan-Seared Fish
A simple and delicious recipe for pan-seared fish with a crispy flaky crust. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup Olive oilFor frying
- ●2 tbsp Sour creamFor serving

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the fish fillet and pat dry with paper towels.

In a shallow dish, mix together the fry mix and a pinch of salt.

Dip the fish fillet in the olive oil, then coat in the fry mix mixture.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of olive oil to the pan.
