Korean-Style Sour Pancakes
A twist on traditional pancakes with a sour Korean jjigae twist.

- β1/2 cup sour cream
- β1 large egg eggs
- β1/4 teaspoon korean chili flakesadjust to taste

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, jjigae, sour cream, and eggs.

Mix until smooth batter forms.

Add Korean chili flakes and salt. Mix well.
