Pan-Seared Canadian Duck Breast with Juicy Stew

- ●1 cup Sour cherries
- ●2 medium Juicy carrots
- ●2 lbs Stew beef
- ●1 large Onion
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●2 tbsp All-purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the duck breasts with salt and black pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the duck breasts for 3-4 minutes per side.
