Sour Mediterranean Tapas

- β300g Sour cream
- β200g Mediterranean feta cheese
- β100g Chopped olives
- β150g Artichoke hearts
- β20g Diced red chillies
- β20g Fresh parsley
- β4 slices Crusty bread
- β20g Olive oil
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β20g Fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Cut the crusty bread into small cubes.

In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, feta cheese, chopped olives, artichoke hearts, and diced red chillies.

Add the fresh parsley to the bowl and mix well.

Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the top of the bread cubes and toss to coat.
