Vietnamese Sour Bhuna Cheese Fritters
A fusion of Indian and Vietnamese flavors in crispy cheese fritters with a tangy sour twist.
Ingredients

- β2 cups Vietnamese rice flour
- β1 cup Bhuna cheese
- β1/4 cup Sesame oil
- β1 tsp Vietnamese chili flakes
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1/4 cup Green onions
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1/4 cup Chopped cilantro

In a bowl, mix together rice flour, cheese, sesame oil, chili flakes, soy sauce, and salt.

Add the sour cream and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.

Shape each piece into a ball and then flatten slightly into a disk.

Heat a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil over medium heat.
