Spicy Sous Vide Chicken Wrap
A quick and easy meal made with sous vide chicken, crispy casabe, and a tangy buttermilk sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 lb chicken breast1-2 inches thick
- β1/2 cup buttermilkfor marinade
- β sous vide machine
- β4-6 pieces casabe
- β1 large flour tortillawrap
- β1 tsp cumindried
- β1 tsp chili powderdried
- β1 tsp saltdried
- β1 tsp pepperfreshly ground
- β2 tbsp avocado oilfor grilling

Preheat the sous vide machine to 130Β°F.

Season the chicken breast with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken in the sous vide machine and cook for 2-3 hours.

While the chicken is cooking, grill the casabe pieces until crispy.

In a bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and a pinch of salt.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the sous vide machine and brush with the buttermilk sauce.

Warm the tortilla by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by placing the chicken on the tortilla, followed by the grilled casabe and a drizzle of avocado oil.
