Garlicky Sous Vide Chicken Breast
Tender and flavorful chicken breast cooked sous vide to perfection, served with a side of stir-fried vegetables.

- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β1 cup Vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)

Preheat the sous vide machine to 130Β°F (54Β°C).

Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.
