Brazilian Paella with Red Potatoes
A twist on the classic Spanish dish, this Brazilian paella recipe adds red potatoes for a delicious and hearty meal.
Ingredients

- β1 tablespoon brazilianchili flake
- β2 medium red potatoes
- β1 cup paella
Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add 1 onion, diced, and cook until translucent.

Add 2 cloves of garlic, minced, and cook for 1 minute.

Add 1 cup of uncooked rice and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add 2 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of water.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add 2 medium red potatoes, peeled and cubed, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
