Spicy Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry recipe with a spicy kick.

Ingredients
- β2 tbsp Spicy stir-fry sauceavailable at most Asian supermarkets
- β8 oz Chewy noodlessuch as rice noodles or udon
- β1 medium Carrotpeeled and grated
- β1 tsp Sugaroptional, for balancing flavor
- β1 lb Free-range chicken breastsliced into thin strips

Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the grated carrot and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
