Vietnamese Beef Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with beef and Vietnamese spices, served with rice or noodles.

- β1 pound Beef (sirloin)Slice into thin strips
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β2 tablespoons Spicy stir-fry sauce
- β1 tablespoon GingerGrate or mince
- β1 cup Chewy rice noodles
- β Green onionsChopped
- β Sliced scallions
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
