Spicy Frankfurter Stir Fry
A spicy stir fry dish made with sliced frankfurters, served with a creamy sauce.
Ingredients
- β250g Frankfurter
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Bell Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Stir-fry Sauce
- β1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- β1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- β1 teaspoon Spicy Sauce
- β100g Creamy Sauce

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper and stir-fry until they're tender.

Add the sliced frankfurter and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix together the stir-fry sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and spicy sauce.

Pour the sauce mixture over the frankfurter and vegetables, and stir-fry for another minute.

Serve the dish hot with a side of creamy sauce.

To make the creamy sauce, mix together 100g of cream and 1 tablespoon of stir-fry sauce.

Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce is hot and creamy.

Serve the creamy sauce over the top of the dish.
