Mexican Satay Chicken Tacos
A fusion of Mexican and Malaysian flavors in a crispy taco shell, filled with spicy chicken satay.

- β1/2 cup Spicy peanut saucesee notes
- β2 teaspoons Malaysian satay seasoning
- β8-10 shells Crispy taco shells
- β1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
- β1/2 cup Diced red onion
- β1/2 cup Sliced radishes
- β4-6 wedges Lime wedges

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together spicy peanut sauce and Malaysian satay seasoning.

Thread chicken breast onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Brush the chicken with the peanut sauce mixture, making sure to coat evenly.

Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F.
