- β1 block filfirm tofu, drained and cut into small cubes
- β2 tbsp fermentedfermented sauce, see notes
- β1 tsp spicyhot sauce, adjust to taste
- β1 cup densecrushed peanuts or chopped nuts
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β1 tsp corianderground coriander

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a shallow dish, mix together fermented sauce, hot sauce, and coriander.
