Spicy Ethiopian Chicken Wot
A flavorful and spicy Ethiopian-inspired chicken dish made with wot sauce, served with a side of cheese.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Spicy wot saucehomemade or store-bought
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon Red pepper flakesoptional, for extra heat
- β1 cup Cheeseshredded, for serving
- β1 cup Pulled chickenshredded, for serving

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
