Ethiopian Spicy Cheese Wrap
A flavorful and spicy Ethiopian-inspired wrap filled with melted cheese and fresh ingredients.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Spicy Cheese BlendA mix of cheddar, mozzarella, and pepper jack cheese
- β1 large Flour Tortillaor substitute with Ethiopian injera bread
- β2 tsp Ethiopian Spices Berbere spice blend
- β1 medium Cucumbersliced
- β1 medium Tomatodiced
- β1/2 medium Red Onionthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantrochopped
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juicefreshly squeezed

1. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

2. Place the flour tortilla or Ethiopian injera bread in the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until lightly browned and crispy.

3. Sprinkle the spicy cheese blend over half of the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

4. Add the sliced cucumber, diced tomato, and thinly sliced red onion on top of the cheese.

5. Sprinkle the Ethiopian spices, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lemon juice over the top.

6. Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy.
