Saudia Apple Strudel
A classic German dessert with a twist of saudia spices, featuring a crispy, fluffy pastry and a sweet, spicy apple filling.

- β1 tsp saudia spices
- β1/4 cup flaky butterchilled
- β1 tsp cinnamon
- β1/2 tsp nutmeg
- β1 cup yogurt
- β2 medium apple
- β1 cup sugar

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine flour, saudia spices, and salt. Mix well.

Add flaky butter and mix until the dough resembles coarse crumbs.

Gradually add yogurt and mix until the dough comes together in a ball.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch (3 mm).

Peel, core, and slice the apple into wedges.

In a separate bowl, mix together cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.

Arrange the apple wedges on one half of the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch (1 cm) border.
