Spicy Korean Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with spicy Korean chili flakes and a mix of vegetables.
Ingredients
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Bell pepper
- β1 cup Snow peas
- β1 tsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sugar
- βto taste Salt

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and Korean chili flakes and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add the onion and bell pepper and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Add the snow peas and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until they are tender but still crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sugar, and salt.

Pour the soy sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Serve the stir-fry hot, garnished with additional Korean chili flakes if desired.
